AUTUMN IN LIGURIA – AT VILLA PAGGI B & B KITCHEN COURSES AND TYPICAL LIGURIAN DINNER

At Villa Paggi Bed and Breakfast we are happy to announce the offer of a new service, thanks to the collaboration with our friend Anna, who has long been passionate about Ligurian culture and cuisine. Our Guests can try to prepare some typical dishes of this region, traditional recipes born from the creativity of ancient maides, capable of making excellent dishes from poor ingredients.
“Hello, my name is Anna, tourist operator and expert of LIGURIAN KITCHEN.
Born in Milan, I love Liguria, and in particular the territory of the Tigullio, where I have lived for a long time and where I take refuge as soon as I can. I would like to offer Ligurian cuisine lessons, typical of these places, to anyone who wants to learn the secrets and try to prepare some dishes.
My menus offer simple but tasty dishes, so loved by vegetarians, such as Pansotti with Walnut Sauce, or Lasagne with Pesto or Corzetti with mushroom sauce, and still the typical cheese FOCACCIA di RECCO, stuffed vegetables or salty pies.
My courses are hands on, with the active involvement of participants and the use of local products. Each lesson will end with a dinner based on the dishes prepared together. All this will be accompanied by Ligurian wines from farms in the territory. ”
